스마트공장을 위한소프트웨어 [Software in Smart Factory]

제조업 경쟁력을 강화하고 제4차 산업혁명을 주도하기 위해서 스마트공장의 성공적 구축이 필요 하며, 이를 위해서 그 기반이 되는 소프트웨어 기술이 제대로 융합될 수 있어야 한다.

 

In order to strengthen the manufacturing competitiveness and to lead the fourth industrial revolution, the success of smart factories is necessary, and the underlying software technology must be well integrated.

 

스마트공장은 ABCi(AI, Big data, Cloud, IoT), CPS(Cyber Physical Systems) 등 ICT와 제조 기술이 융합되어 제조공정의 통합을 통해 생산성 향상과 수익성 증 대를 추구하는 공장이다. 소프트웨어는 스마트공장 구축을 위해 필수 요소이며, 소프트웨어에 의해 유연성, 지능성, 실시간성, 그리고 연계성이 구현되고, 신뢰성 을 보장받을 수 있다.

The Smart Factory is a factory that converges ICT such as ABCi(AI, Big data, Cloud, IoT) and CPS(Cyber Physical Systems) and manufacturing technologies to enhance productivity and profitability by integrating manufacturing processes. Software is an integral part of building a smart factory, and software allows flexibility, intelligence, real-time, connectivity, and reliability.

 

 

우리나라 스마트공장의 성공을 위해서는 단순히 제조업의 공정자동화 가 아닌 소프트웨어가 주도하는 새로운 방식의 공장을 창출한다는 근본적인 인 식의 변화가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 ‘스마트 공장을 몇 개 만드냐’보다 ‘스마트공장에 필요한 소프트웨어를 어느 수준까지 확보’하느냐가 중요하며, 소프트웨어가 확보되면 스마트화는 매우 빠르고 효과적이며 파급력있게 진행될 것이다.

스마트공장 성공을 위한 소프트웨어 관련 정책방향은 종합적 관점의 우선순 위 하에서 정책목표, 정책과제, 그리고 추진체계를 명확히 하고, 전략적 추진이 필요하다. 정책 목표는 우리 제조업의 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 최단기간 내 에 국가적 소프트웨어 역량을 최고 수준으로 제고하는 데 두어야 한다. 이를 위 한 핵심과제는 소프트웨어 기술개발, 개발인력 육성, 소프트웨어 업체 경쟁력 제 고 등이 있다. 추진체계로는 관련 부처의 협력적 대응이 기반이 되어야 하며, 국 내 제조업 사정에 맞게 스마트공장 구축을 전략적으로 추진하는 것이 필수적이 며, 초기단계에서는 독일과 일본의 민관 협력 방식을 참조하되, 소프트웨어가 중심이 되는 미국식 민간주도 방식으로 발전하는 것도 필요하다.

Software policy direction for the success of smart factories should clarify policy objectives, policy tasks and implementation system under a priority of comprehensive viewpoint, and strategic implementation is necessary. The policy goal should be to raise the national software capacity to top class within the shortest period to secure competitiveness of our manufacturing industry. The key challenges for this are the development of software technology, the development of human resources, and the enhancement of software companies' competitiveness. It is essential to cooperate with the relevant ministries in the smart factory implementation system and to strategically promote the construction of smart factories according to the domestic manufacturing situation.
